1.Remove transparent covering and firmly press tattoo down on clean dry skin.
2.Apply water onto tattoo backing and make sure entire design is soaked...wait 30-40 seconds.
3.Slide paper gently aside and rinse gently.
4.Do not twist skin until tattoo is set about 10 minutes.
5.To remove use baby oil, rubbing alcohol or tape.
